Sunrise City - 5 star is an apartment in District 7, 3.4 km from the centre of Ho Chi Minh City, with one-, two- and three-bedroom layouts that sleep up to six. Every apartment has air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and a dining area, lake and garden views, and a terrace or balcony.

The complex has an outdoor swimming pool open all year, water sports facilities, a public bath, a spa and wellness centre with massage, a garden and a sun terrace. Each apartment has its own hot tub and sauna, and there is a barbecue area and a restaurant on site serving Korean cuisine, with a 24-hour front desk.

The two-bedroom apartment has two king-size beds, a balcony and a private pool, and the three-bedroom apartment has two king-size beds and a double bed, a balcony and a fireplace, for up to six guests.

Its outdoor swimming pool is open all year, with water sports facilities on site, alongside a spa and wellness centre, a public bath and massage. Outside you will find a garden, a sun terrace, a barbecue and a children's playground, plus a kids' club for younger guests.

A 24-hour front desk, a lift, daily housekeeping and an on-site minimarket support the stay, and a restaurant, room service, grocery deliveries and a minibar cover food and drink. The fireplace, private hot tub, sauna and soundproofing in the apartments add to the comfort, and the kitchen includes a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Parking on site is public, needs no reservation and costs VND 150,000 per day. WiFi is free of charge in the rooms, and the apartments have a flat-screen TV with cable and satellite channels.
